These terms apply to your use of skylinewashing.com and to services provided by Skyline Washing. By requesting a quote or booking service, you agree to them.
Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on this website, including the Christmas light roofline estimate of about $5 per foot, are estimates only. Your price is the written quote we send you. If the job turns out to be different from what was described (for example, more windows or heavier buildup), we'll talk with you before doing extra work.
Scheduling and weather
We may reschedule because of weather or safety conditions. We'll let you know as early as we can. Please tell us at least 24 hours ahead if you need to reschedule.
Access and preparation
Please make sure we can reach the windows or areas to be serviced: unlock gates, keep pets inside, and move fragile items away from windows for interior work. For Christmas lights, you're responsible for providing working outdoor outlets.
Our work
We take care to protect your property. Some issues can't be fixed by cleaning, such as etched or scratched glass, failed window seals, permanent hard water damage and old paint or sealant failures. We'll point these out when we see them. If you're not happy with any part of our work, tell us within 3 days and we'll come back to make it right.
Christmas lights
Christmas light service includes design, installation, maintenance during the season and take-down, as described in your quote. Lights we install carry a 3-year warranty against defects under normal use. The warranty doesn't cover damage from storms, animals, power surges or anyone other than us moving or altering the display.
Payment
Payment terms are listed on your quote or invoice.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or of New Hampshire for services performed there.
